Protecting Unvaxxed Troops

Kansas Senator Roger Marshall succeeded in amending the National defense Authorization Act for twenty-twenty-two to prevent the Biden administration from dishonorably discharging servicemembers for choosing to not get the COVID vaccine. A dishonorably discharged servicemember loses their access to all VA health benefits, GI bill money, VA home loans, and even their right to own a firearm.

"So this would be a huge hit to our veterans. I don't know why this White House wants to give soldiers who did not sign up for this with this in mind, when they separate them, why they want to force them with a dishonorable discharge. We want to make sure they get an honorable discharge despite this situation."
Simply put, a dishonorable discharge treats our heroes as felons. But, our American heroes deserve better. Senator Marshall has been leading the fight in the Senate to stop Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
