Western style snack food, including chips, are a billion dollar business in Vietnam. We explore the style and cost of these snacks and a taste test. Keep in mind 10 kg of rice here costs in the $7-10 range, and I can't think of any food that costs $66 a kilo, like one of our reviewed samples.
