How to make savoury waffles (with sourdough)

Waffles, Yes, Waffles, but this time i made them with a little extra flair, they are savoury and I've added my sourdough culture.

Ingredients:
Wet part
6 eggs
1 lt milk
200 gr melted butter

Dry ingredients:
60 gr tasty cheese
60 gr parmesan
30 gr feta
1 jalapeno
3 teasp baking powder
1.5 teaspoon salt
600 gr flour
150 gr of starter culture
50 gr diced ham
