Is the worst Inflation behind us now? Also, how to Lock, then shop for a home

The "big question" last week was, is the worst behind us? If so, then we've got a lot to look forward to and it might get here much more quickly than people realize. Put it this way, I wouldn't want to be too bearish right now. Neutral is as far as I'd go on that side of things. Buyers are not fully understanding what is happening. They believe that rates are continuing to go up when they have in fact been going down for a few weeks now. They also think that we're going to have a "crash" in real estate prices as if we can just go from Mania to Crash right away with only higher rates as the catalyst...there is much to teach here and I'll do my best to explain.
