Raising or Lowering Handyman Rates

When the economy changes we are tempted to raise our rates. Sometimes we want to lower our rate for a customer when we should be offering a discount instead. Charge what you are worth and never charge less just to get the job offer a discount instead. Gas prices may be a good reason and your customer will understand.
