No Egg Cookies. Chocolate Chip Cookies and Easy Cookies n Creme Frozen Sandwich (മലയാളം)

Chef EK Makes eggless chocolate chip cookies with this simple easy to use recipe. there's a trick to portion the cookies as well as an idea of what do do with them in the heat of summer.Video language is in malayalam but it is translated in the captions to just about any you need!

1) Pour your melted butter, brown sugar and icing sugar in a bowl and mix well
2)Add the Yogurt

3)Sift in your Flour and baking soda.

4)Fold it all together
5)Let it rest for 15 minutes to let the butter partially set
6)portion it onto your baking sheet
7)bake at 180c/360f for about 10 minutes

 Optional:
Flip over your chocolate chip cookies and pipe or spoon on some whipping cream.
Add another cookie on top to make a sandwich and put in the freezer for an hour.
The cookies soften once taken out of the freezer so youll have a tasty cold, refreshing treat on hot days
