Symphonic Planet Festival 2022 Teaser : "Journey into the Yucatan"

For the past year, the Symphonic Planet team has been exploring a region of Mexico known as the Yucatan. It is home to Ancient Mayans, one of the seven wonders of the world, and iconic cuisine. In our creative adventure we’ve had the opportunity to forge deep friendships with artists and musicians within the region, and we want to share this experience with you.Show more

We have organized a two-day Festival on March 24 and March 26th called Journey to the Yucatan. This event includes:

Original Music Performances inspired by Yucatecan / Mayan Culture- performed by the Symphonic Planet Collective Mexico Edition
Performance Collaborations with Local Contemporary Dancers and Traditional Musicians
Symphonic Planet’s Interactive “Mayan” Virtual Instruments
Film Festival featuring local film directors Adriana Otero and Josafat Hernadez
Director’s Panel discussion with the Founders of Symphonic Planet: Jonas Petersen and Noor Che’ree
Symphonic Planet Pilot Film Premiere
