How Many Hours Should You Code Per Day?

Lately I have been spending quite a bit of time writing code, and less time making YouTube videos. I've noticed that the amount of time I spend coding really change the amount of productivity or efficiency that I'm getting in those hours. For example, if I spent 12 hours coding I wouldn't be getting as much done per hour as if I was spending only 3 or 4 hours.
