RULES:
The object of the game is to be the first player to complete 3 property sets. Shuffle the property cards and place them face down on the table. Shuffle the money and action cards and deal 5 cards to each player then place the deck face down next to the property deck. To the side of this deck is the discard pile. Players look at their own cards but keep them hidden from other players. If you weren’t dealt any money, then discard your hand and draw 5 new cards. The youngest player hosts the first auction.
When it is your turn to host an auction, all the players draw 1 card. Then you may play any number of auction cards from your hand. Once finished playing action cards, you flip over the top property card and auction it.
To auction, all players pick any amount of money cards from their hand to form their bid. You may pick zero. At the count of 3, all players simultaneously place down their bid face up on the table. The player with the highest bid, collects the property card face up in front of them then discards their bid cards. Players who did not win the auction, take their bid back into their hand. If there is a tie for the winning bid, then the tied players may add more money cards to their bid until there is a winner. If it is still a tie, then the property goes to the bottom of the deck and the players take their bids back into their hands. Likewise, if no player bids on a property, it is returned to the bottom of the deck and the auction ends.
When the auction ends, the next player to the left takes a turn as the auction host. Sets are complete when you have each matching card in the set. The number of cards required for the set is indicated in the bottom left of the card. There is no limit to the number of cards you can have in your hand. Players may also make deals to trade properties with other players at any time. If the draw deck runs out, shuffle the discard into a new draw deck.
Wilds can be used as any one colored set. Once you place a wild, you may not change it to another set later. Draw 2 allows you to draw 2 cards from the draw deck. Steal allows you to steal any 1 property or wild card from another player so long as that property isn’t apart of a complete set. Nope is the only action card you can play when you aren’t the host. Nope cancels out the action or wild card that another player just played. Place both the nope and cancelled card in the discard pile.
The first player to complete 3 sets of properties, wins.
