SUV SLAMS MOVING TRUCK FROM BEHIND, BLANCHARD TEXAS, 05/25/22...

Car Strikes Moving Van From Behind, BLANCHARD, May 25, 2022 - At approximately 8:30 am on Mayy 25, 2022, a large moving van box type truck was west-bound on FM-3126 (near Tigerville Park). The driver was waiting to make a left turn onto Valley View Road and was slammed from behind by a white Nissan Rogue. The Nissan appeared to be totaled, the moving truck had a scratched bumper. Scenic Loop Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the scene along with Constable Marcello Rozario and Trooper Chris Cain with the Texas Highway Patrol. There were no injuries. The driver of the Nissan was cited for failure to control speed, no driver's license, and no insurance. Her vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. The moving truck was driven from the scene.
