Purchasing an old mobile home to renovate

Tricia and I have decided to purchase this old mobile home in order to rehab it. It has a very unique layout that I've not seen before. It's a 1994 Skyline 16x80 3 bedroom 2 bath. This video is from one of our first walkthroughs. There is a lot of work to do!
