Welcome to the Ohms Lounge podcast! episode 10. Today we have OHMS and thelonesalesman discussing how Game subscriptions have effected the video game market and what what it means for upcoming developers.

Here we look into some of the benefits it brings for both devs and gamers in contrast to other strategies such as the free-to-play model, crowd funded method, and private funding/ buyouts.

Lastly we make comment on unique vision of independent creators and how it can be maintained through this method or lost from publisher/ producer involvement.
