Think upon the one thing which when obtained all else is obtained. I think it is the awareness of the true self; the individual; apart from the subordinate principles of personality and body. When one becomes aware of their self in this way then opens up the possibility of working upon the lower principles from the position of this higher awareness inculcated in the mind.
