RULES:
The swap hands card is a wild that may be played on any other card. When you play a swap hands card, pick any opponent and change hands with them. If you pick an opponent with only one card, you will need to say uno or draw 2 cards if someone catches you. There are 3 blank custom rule wild cards. Before the game begins write down your own house rules to use when the card is played. These cards are wilds and may be played on any other card. If a wild swap hands card or a wild customizable rule card is the first card flipped at the beginning of a round, then the action is ignored and the first player may play any card on it. At the end of the game, the swap hands wild and the customizable wild cards are each worth 40 points.
