8 children and 3 adults dead, others injured after shooting at an elementary school in Texas,

near the US-Mexico border.

Now dead shooter is identified as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, a student at Uvalde High School. He shot his grandmother first before heading to the school. She survived.
