'It’s time to act’: Biden speaks out on tragic Texas shooting

US President Joe Biden has spoken on the horrific tragedy involving up to 20 people being killed in a Texas school shooting.
Mr Biden said the US needs to stand up to the gun lobby.
“We have to act,” he said.
“The idea that an 18-year old kid can walk into a gun-store and buy two assault weapons is just wrong … It’s just sick.”
