In this video, I go over the lies our culture tells us about what matters and a better way to live freely. So many times were bogged down by the educational system determining our income, outcome and success in life rather than a self reflection of ones self. We also need a social media detox from the artificial reality we’re in and begin the process of self reflection and self improvement. Suicide, mental health and opioid addiction are grabbing our people by the minute and it’s time to say NO! If this pandemic has taught us anything we should self reflect, have a mind of our own and began to communicate with each other effectively; while putting our phones down for a second.

*35% of Americans are chronically lonely over the age of 45
*8% of Americans have meaningful conversations with their neighbors
*Only 32% of people trust their neighbors and only 18 of millennials.
*Suicide rate had risen 30% since 1999
Mental health problems are risen
*Suiside rates are raising.
*Teen suicide rate for teens has raised by 70%
*72% of people die of opioid addictions.
