Amber Heard's Case in Chief rested this morning, and then the fun began!

Walter Hamada, the head of DC Movies for Warner Brothers, obliterated the claims that Heard's Aquaman deal was any way malleable or in doubt. Dunking on her lack of chemistry and hammering home it was always a deal predicated on the Studio picking up an option.

Richard Marks, Doug Bania and Dr. Richard Shaw completely dog walked the experts that were brought in from the Defence. It was a bloodbath that "wasn't worth the paper it wasn't written on."

Other video depositions/witnesses landed with a thud, looking at you Jennifer Howell. The hand doctor, the forensic accountant and representative from CHLA in particular were forgettable. But the in person witness that was brand new to the case, Morgan Night, ruined Amber Heard's and especially Elaine Bredehoft's day.

Night, the former owner and founder of the Hicksville Trailer Palace in California had a much different version of the story that Amber told on the stand. Night, who has little interest in the case, recalls that it wasn't Johnny who was the aggressor that night, but it was in fact Amber who was the violent party. As for the trailer being destroyed, a metaphorical "bomb going off" as it were, the only damage that occured was that two sconces were broken; and that's a fairly common occurrence that amounted to $67 in damages. It was paid for by Johnny Depp's assistant and wasn't enough to trigger the "piggy fee," the fee that is levied against excessive mess of a patron.

But Morgan Night is clearly a Johnny Depp fan, so you can't take him seriously! According to Elaine, Night sought out The Umbrella Man... That Umbrella Man... The Umbrella Guy.... @ThatUmbrellaGuy and responded to his tweet about Hicksville. TUG lives rent free in the minds of the defence counsel.

As for the rest of the week, Kate Moss is up tomorrow and we should see the reporter from TMZ who has information as to who tipped them off... if their emergency motion is dismissed, that is.
