Amelia Earhart Christens her airplane in Raleigh NC during a brief visit and presentation on AMC College, now NCSU. Local dignitaries and locals came out to the Old Raleigh Municipal Airport to see her circle the field and for her to Christen her airplane in 1931.Original film is 16mm silent black and white film. * Excuse the film quality, it was shot in 1931 by my Grand dad, then I transferred the film to video.
