I am roasting a green coffee bean from Papua New Guinea Carpenter Estates Sigri Kula PB . I bought this coffee from BurmanCoffee.com if you are interested in roasting your own. This is the best way to buy the finest coffee and roast it fresh. The taste is the best of the best.
I start roasting at medium high. The pan is all warmed up when I start. You can see the coffee change color as it roasts. It takes about 30 minutes and it is very important to always keep the coffee moving in the pan.
Happy Roasting.
