How to make appetizing eggplant lasagna

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 mozzarella
200 grams of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
a pinch of salt
extra virgin olive oil
Steps:
Cut an eggplant into four parts
Then cut each part into thin slices
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of tomato sauce with a pinch of salt
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan
Brush all over the surface
Place the aubergines in the pan to form a homogeneous layer
Then spread a few tablespoons of tomato sauce
And stuffed with mozzarella
Form another layer of eggplant
Spread the tomato sauce again
Then sprinkle the breadcrumbs
And the grated parmesan
Dress with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and your aubergine lasagna will be ready!
