Front Squats and Stiff Legged Deadlifts to really isolate the quads and hammies during this training period. FS will also help build core strength and does not compress the spine like it does for back squats. The goal is more flexibility and definition.

Set 3 : 150x15
Set 4 : 150x15

Lying Leg Curl (4 x 15)
Set 1 : 100x15
Set 2 : 100x15
Set 3 : 100x15
Set 4 : 100x15

Calf Extensions (4 x 25)
Set 1 : 230x25
Set 2 : 230x25
Set 3 : 230x25
Set 4 : 230x25
