Gary Goodridge is a Canadian MMA pioneer who was diagnosed with CTE back in 2012. We didn´t know what to expect in this one but Gary took to the LytesOut format right away. Gary acknowledges his CTE but he is not letting it get him down and he comes across very upbeat and not bitter at all.

Gary also reveals he is looking to bring MMA to Kenya and has a date of December 10th, 2022 in the works for Nairobi.
