Preparation:

- Go to a quiet room
- Sit comfortably and upright
- Close your eyes
- If you want to listen to soothing music while doing this, turn it on

Meditation

- Now perceive your feelings, thoughts and body signals. Let them come and let them go.

- A calm spreads in you. You should perceive this calm and stillness.

- Rest within yourself now.

- "I am" "I am" you repeat again and again. Say this out loud or in your mind.

- After a while (when you feel like you've arrived) open your eyes again and let everything go.

In this way you remain connected to your self (I am) for a while, also unconsciously.
