Marvel replacing Anthony Mackie Captain America for Hayley Atwell Captain Carter

Where in the Marvel MCU is Sam Wilson aka The Falcon aka Captain America? We haven’t seen Anthony Mackie as the “Star Spangled Soldier” in quite some time. The question is why when there have been 5 movies and three Disney plus series have we not seen him yet there have been other characters either carrying the shield like Haley Atwell as Captain Carter in Marvel’s What If… as well as the Dr. Strange sequel or characters that have carried the mantle of Captain America such as America Chavez of Dr. Stranger and the Multiverse of Madness. After Chris Evans Steve Rogers passing the torch is this glaring omission intentional or merely an oversight. Join us as we discuss the possible reasons for his absence and the fan reaction.
