Best Bodyweight Squats To Do | Leg Day
No equipment needed here, and we can still get that nice leg workout! Our goals do not need additional equipment. I have done these exercises prior to building my home gym and when all gyms were closed. Plus, who doesn't love to challenge their bodyweight, at home and try new exercises.
This full lower body workout will build your legs and bring that definition. I have the reps, sets, rest times for each exercise included. Remember diet is still a big part to reaching your goals. As well as sleep, hydration, stress management etc.
