EP 1 40 acre rehab investment property purchase UPDATE, 'Land Vision' & flipping land

Will this be EPISODE 1? Join me for an update on the purchasing of our next 40 acre project/rehab/investment property. This will be another challenging property cleanup and transformation, but it should be a bit easier than the 8 acre picker paradise cleanup! This property has an old 2 story cabin that is really beautiful on the inside but unfortunately it is dilapidated on the outside and the foundation has shifted substantially. So for now, our initial plan is to salvage as much rough saw cut wood as we can and then demolish it. But that could still change when Sharon does her first up close walk through! Or if we could find someone that could fix the foundation for a reasonable cost.
