The Chinese Library is a newly opened Chinese restaurant with an elegant Colonial ambiance. The restaurant focuses on Chinese cuisines from Beijing, Chiu Chow, Guang Zhou, Shanghai, Sze Chuan and Zhe Jiang. A wide selection of modern Dim Sum is available during lunch time, while a Dim Sum platter is available at dinner time. One of the special dishes is the Roasted 45-day Imperial Peking Duck with 5 homemade sauces: black pepper, black truffle, ginger cream, sesame, and sweet sauce.
