What I know about 5 Star American National/State Citizen Passports.

What I know is if they are legit, there is literally know way of knowing that has been expressed in some way in the public domain. This video strives to show the star ratings of the passports appear meaningless by random association instead of rarity. That means behavior of public officials when passport credential are run electronically would be main way of knowing if claiming status of Citizen of USA rather than US carries visible weight for practical application.
