A Time For Phonics

A Time for Phonics is a uniquely powerful systematic phonics approach that does not require a student “to sound that word out.” It is designed to fire the eyes, ears, and motor actions together to develop new neural pathways in the brain. Discrimination of timing across multiple domains is a critical skill that enhances the ease of learning. Most people have intact visual processing and auditory processing skills, and learning how to read came easily for them. But, for other people, learning how to read is boring and a repetitious drill of rules. A Time for Phonics builds upon Hebbian learning and it helps a person see, hear and feel the distinctive differences in the printed word. It will keep you and your student fully engaged in learning how to read, write, and spell “The American Way.”
