Our little brumby boy escapes and is with the oldies. I'm slowing repairing our electric fencing

The boundary fences are down from the flood. I'm repairing the electric fencing and gradually taking it the length of the new paddock. We need to find someone to do jobs around the place to help with fencing and to move the cattle yards, set up solar power and so on.

So Paddy is now in with the oldies and I discuss the herd dynamics. Arthur will go back in that paddock tomorrow after I finish the fence.

Penny and Cleo look a little better. Arthur looks the same. It's embarrassing for them to look like this. It will be good to watch them restore. Currently I'm sticking strictly to two feeds per day to track the amount used. Once I can get out, they can get extra.

Paddy looks wormy. The brumbies and Ruby are looking good, but will still be wormed. I discuss worming the horses and the different types of wormers I'm using. One is very dangerous if the dogs eat their manure. I worm them Autumn, Spring and Summer and sometimes many times during summer depending on itch. I don't worm through winter unless they really seem wormy. I usually alternate wormers.

I still can't get out, I'm hoping I can get my car out tomorrow and leave it parked out there, so I can make the 1-1.5 km walk and always have access. I bought a little cart to transport things from the car to our place.
