Sit in a comfortable position. Please do not lean your spine, your shoulders are relaxed.
Fold your hands as if in prayer 🙏 and place them on your heart chakra. Alternatively, you can place the fingertips of one hand on your heart. Try out what makes you feel more comfortable.
Breathe in for three seconds, hold for three seconds and then breathe out for six seconds. Make sure you inhale as much air as you exhale. Breathe in a relaxed way without pressure.
When we hold our breath, we make a grim face. When we exhale, we start smiling in the belly until the smile reaches your face and at the same time murmur the rune Wunjo.
