James Roguski, Clint Griess, and Deana Sacks discuss WHO's plan to amend the International Health Regulations to empower the WHO to declare international health emergencies and determine "appropriate temporary recommendations" (Art. 12, Sec. 2) to set worldwide health policy. This would be an enormous shift in power from sovereign nations to the WHO and no one is talking about it. The WHO conference in Geneva is this week.
