Today we read about cleansing regulations regarding discharges and periods. The psalm is about crying out to God without receiving help but continually praising and worshipping God's awesomeness. Hebrews is a wrap up of instruction on loving each other and following leaders to the Hebrews and hope of meeting and speaking with them again.
