They passed an aid bill $40 Billion for Ukraine. HOwever, later that day, they tried to vote to an aid package for struggling small businesses in USA, they didn't even have enough votes to bring it up for a vote. 5 Senators didn't even bother to vote for you.

The US Senate and Congress Hates USA, they hate the citizens, they hate small business, They hate the border. Free money to everyone elks though.
Just remember - It's not free MONEY - You have to pay for it, or go to jail!
