The stump from HECK... PART 2, Flipping land, WHO WILL WIN??

PART 2/conclusion of the stump from hell, (flipping land, vacant land, property management and land flipping) Plus some mini excavator dirt work & follow up. Join me today for the conclusion of the Stump from hell and see if I am able to finally pull this dang thing from the ground! On PART 1 I worked on it for quite a long time and ended up giving up! That was on JAN 6, 2021. Finally I was able to get back to it on March 29, 2021 with the Bobcat e42 mini excavator, even though now I am missing 2 of the bucket teeth on the excavator bucket! And this stump broke the first one off last time when I gave up on it! This is on my friend Cutis' 8 acre investment property located in Southern Illinois that we have been working on in the series 'Dismantling new 8 acre Picker's Paradise land investment.'
