SBMM Warzone Forced to Shutdown but Why?

Activision has forced the shutdown of the SBMM Warzone website. SBMM Warzone was site where players could not only look up what their stats were in Warzone but also see other players. Why was this taken down? And why isn't Activision looking to shutdown cheating websites?
