Harpers Bizarre - Anything Goes (1967) [Complete LP]

This album was released in 1967 on Warner Brothers Records, catalogue number WS 1716. It has been deleted for decades.

I recently came across this copy of the original vinyl LP in a second hand record store and some names in the credits caught my eye. It was produced by Lenny Waronker, later President of Warner Brothers Records. One of the band members was Ted Templeton, later producer of the Doobie Brothers, Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Van Morrison and David Lee Roth, among many others.

It also features some early recordings of Randy Newman compositions.

Overall, an interesting piece of music history.
