Riot Games BLACKMAILING League of Legends Modders?

Riot Games (in their infinite wisdom) facing a scenario where dedicated fans had produced a snapshot of their game (league of legends) from years prior, decided that instead of legal channels, and official communication, they would send a security employee to borderline blackmail and threaten the modders in order to secure all of their hard work.

What could have been a simple process of cease and desist communication, ended up being a saga of idiotic threats, grandiose claims, and veiled manipulations from an employee who seems more like a dark-web teen wannabe than an actual professional.
