Bobby Kotick (Robert A Kotick) is the multimillionaire CEO of Activision Blizzard publishing. His track record from a profit perspective, is impeccable, however his track record in terms of corporate optics, and public scandal, is horrific.

Over the past few months, Activision Blizzard has come under fire from the state of California (bringing a formal lawsuit) The SEC, the EEOC, and has even had their chief legal officer quit on the same day they see investigations opened.

All in all... the legacy, compensation, and future of Bobby Kotick as one of Americas top 20 over-paid CEO's is very likely at risk. Is it a bad thing? You tell me.
