Dr. Julie Ponesse is joined by the Honourable Brian Peckford who is the last living contributor who helped craft the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Brian Peckford served as the premier of Newfoundland and Labrador for nearly a decade and he is also an author, former minister, and notable member of the PC Party.
