EP #67! Dismantling new 8 acre Picker's Paradise land investment! DIRT WORK, BURNING PILE & MORE

Episode #67! FINALLY!! TIME TO LIGHT UP THE BURN PILES!! The 'most fun' part of raw land investing?? Join us for another cool and fun episode at the 8 acre investment property as we continue to move the needle to getting this property closer to being ready to list for sale! In today's episode we will be using the Bobcat e42 mini excavator, the Bobcat T650 CTL skid steer and some DIESEL FUEL to finally start burning the brush piles, the trees that we removed, stumps, brush and more!! In today's episode join us for the continuation of the cleanup process as we break out the Bobcat T650 skid steer/CTL and the Bobcat e42 mini excavator to start piling all of the stored up brush, trees, tree stumps, and wooden lumber and material and finally start to burn some of this burnable material! We HAD an EPA burn restriction on this property that was placed due to too much machine trash and other trash, but after the property rehab cleanup we finally got the EPA property restrictions lifted! So today we can finally start burning the leftover wood material and the cut and pulled trees, stumps and shrubs from the property rehab cleanup! It feels so good to see things really moving along right now!
ALSO in this episode is some dirt work with the Bobcat mini excavator working on low spots in the road system and also pulling out a road culvert pipe so that we could use it at a different location.
