Motorsport Games is a freshly traded company, with an explosive IPO. Holders of the NASCAR licensing contract, and curators of a self proclaimed 81 million strong esports audience, Motorsport is a powerhouse in the racing simulator space.

In theory, this company should be doing well, but reality is not a theory. With a stock price that has dropped by nearly 100%, wildly unlikely claims of success, and a near term cashflow problem likely to result in bankruptcy... the company is hemorrhaging partnerships and cruising for disaster.
