Chileans are in the process of writing a new inclusive constitution for their country. Should the US do the same? Should progressives take inspiration from reform movements in Latin America and draft a new constitution for the US?

Chile is currently drafting a new constitution via a specifically elected assembly composed of 78 men and 77 women, of a variety of ages, and socio-economic backgrounds, and has made a concerted effort to include indigenous people. They have passed a resolution to protect reproductive rights. As a goal should we progressives look to emulate Chile and draft a new constitution. That's far down the line.
But yeah as a long-term goal though like the constitutional reforms of Latin America are insanely inspiring I think. And I mean those were often instituted in the 70s and stuff by neoliberals but or earlier by colonial governments and stuff like that. But ours was also a sort of colonial government if you think about it. And we need to particularly like things like the supreme court and the senate need absolute reform to put it mildly. And that should be a goal and it's something like even Tony Blair was like reforming the House of Lords and stuff. So it shouldn't be hard to get a mainstream movement on something that isn't like, even irrespective of, like a super radical one as radical as they're doing in South America.
Throw it away. It's garbage. That's why you can buy crypto online. That's what randy Zuckerberg was saying. Go buy crypto. The only people who would suffer I mean you know if we did a better constitution I like all the law nerds who infect our politics. and that's really what it is they just all and no law and police side nerds just love to talk about the constitution. also the history like revolutionary history nerds who want to fetishize the founding fathers. They can all just [ __ ] off. I hate to say it but you know.
