This week we dive deep in the Bible Study topic, starting with a quick look at how bible study connects to Bible study. From there we jump straight into the 9 principles of Bible study. The 9 principles are: Spiritually Discerned (1 Corinthins 2:10), Take the Bible literally, The scriptures are self explaining, The scriptures are self interpreting, Scripture has 3 applications, Compare scripture to scripture (Isaiah 28:9-10), Things that are different are not the same, Context is critical, and Right Division (2 Timothy 2:15). These 9 principles are key to unlocking your understanding of the word of God.
