Promenade Green Park -Spring Evening (Thornhill, ON)

This is Promenade Green Park in Thornhill (Greater Toronto Area - Vaughan.) The park is located near Promenade Mall and is situated at 25 Carl Tennan St., Vaughan. Promenade Green Park shares playground space with Brownridge Public School.
Zahavy Drive, Chelwood Drive and Brownridge Drive also border the park.
There is a lovely tennis court at Promenade Green. One Google reviewer wrote of the court: "these courts in the park behind Brownridge Public School are basically brand new, having been re-done recently, and they also have instant-on lights, compared to the ones that take a while to fully brighten. The courts themselves are fantastic. They're flat and clean compared to other courts in the area."
Another reviewer wrote, "Love this park. Play area for younger kids and a little bit older. Benches and a gazebo for shade. Can't ask for much more."
There are basketball hoops at Brownridge PS, large grounds, and good playground equipment. The large expanse of Promenade Green Park is impressive and an asset to the neighbourhood. The paths at Promeade Green are popular for dog walkers, joggers and bikers.
Bathurst, Clark Avenue and Centre Street are close by cross streets.
