Today in the driveway is our beloved 03 Honda Element! It finally happened, our E finally snapped it hood latch cable. No complaints since the hood is always up :)
Many people dread this repair b/c they think the ENITRE CABLE HAS TO BE REPLACED…ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I fellow Elementer by the name of John Wilkerson Jr. informed me of this repair. Here I am bringing the process for everyone to benefit! Many people said the cable had to be replaced and just used vise grips! Not here…LOL
