Pizza

So it's 5 pm, and you're craving an amazing Dominas Peri Peri Pizza, lo and behold, this is your quick fix. It doesn't taste like you took a shortcut and that's what makes it.

Base:
Flatbread, I've made this with store-bought dough, homemade dough, a naan.
Toppings

Chicken: Marinate chicken boti in 2 tbsp tikka masala and 1 tbsp Lemon juice and cook until
done.
Capsicum 1 sliced
Onion 1 sliced
Jalapeños (wing it) Mozzarella Cheese shredded 2 cups
Bake at 385 for 12 minutes, broil for 1 minute, and keep a close eye. Broiling is the angraizi equivalent of doodh ubalna, look away and it's burning.

Sauce:
1/4th cup peri peri sauce: Medium
1/4th cup mayonnaise 1/4th cup cream
Put in a squeeze bottle and shake well.
Top Pizzo with sauce once done.
