You will need some $PLSPAD tokens and $VLX for fees. You can buy vlx from bsc, bridge it to velas evm using cross.swapz.app, then buy plspad on wagyuswap, the only dex on the velas chain. Now that you have $PLSPAD and $VLX for the fee, you can visit the Pulsepad app, connect your velas metamask, then stake $plspad.
