TRASH PICKED - Homelite Weedeater String Trimmer...Can We Save It?

Here is yet another piece of lawncare equipment I found on the side of the road on trash pickup day. This is a Homelite Trimlite 25cc 2-stroke weed trimmer, Model 5HCPS. This seems to share a lot of parts with the UT20006 and the UT-20706 TrimLite. Probably others as well. Let's wrench on it and find out why it was thrown in the garbage.
